1. Scope of Work & Service Limitations
- We offer interior design services for residential and commercial spaces, including:
- Space planning & layout optimization
- Luxury furniture selection & styling
- Customized wall treatments & finishes
- Lighting design & ambiance enhancement
- Bespoke decor & material selection
- Structural modifications (e.g., demolition, plumbing, electrical rewiring) are not included in our services.
- Designs are created based on client preferences, space functionality, and our design expertise.
- Once a design is finalized and approved, major revisions may incur additional costs.
- Clients must ensure site access, necessary approvals, and permits before work begins.
- We are not responsible for damages to the interior after project completion.
2. Project Timelines & Work Commitments policy
- Each project follows a customized timeline, depending on its complexity, size, and design execution.
- Delays due to client approvals, site conditions, or unforeseen circumstances may impact the timeline.
- We do not commit to unrealistic deadlines that could compromise design quality.
- External factors beyond our control that may affect project timelines include:
- Material shortages or supplier delays
- Extreme weather conditions
- Government regulations or strikes
- Sudden site-related issues
- Client-related delays may result in timeline adjustments and additional charges.
3. Payment Privacy Policy & Refund Guidelines
- Payment is structured as follows:
- 40% advance – Before design conceptualization begins
- 40% midway – Upon design finalization and procurement initiation
- 20% final – Before project completion and final handover
- Work will not proceed if any payment installment is delayed.
- Delayed or incomplete payments may result in project suspension or cancellation.
- Cancellations after initial payment may incur non-refundable charges.
- A late fee of ₹100/day applies to overdue payments.
- If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, we reserve the right to take legal action.
- Additional costs may apply for extra design elements, material upgrades, or modifications requested after the initial agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities & Site Conditions
- Clients must ensure site readiness, approvals, and accessibility before work begins.
- Any delays due to site conditions beyond our control may impact project timelines.
- Clients are responsible for:
- Ensuring electricity, lighting, and ventilation at the worksite
- Protecting existing furniture, decor, and surfaces from potential dust or damage
- Providing secure storage space for materials and equipment if needed
- Nouka Interior is not liable for damages caused by third-party contractors hired by the client.
5. Design Approval & Modifications
- Design approvals must be provided within 48 hours of submission to maintain project flow.
- Any design changes after final approval may result in:
- Additional costs
- Extended timelines
- Revised agreements
- Minor revisions within reasonable limits may be accommodated, but major redesigns are chargeable.
6. Intellectual Property & Design Rights
- All design concepts, 3D renders, layouts, and styling plans remain the intellectual property of Nouka Interior.
- Clients cannot replicate, resell, or distribute our designs without written consent.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials.
- Unauthorized modifications or reproductions of our work may result in legal action.
7. Worksite Safety & Liability
- We ensure a safe and professional work environment during the project.
- Clients must provide safe working conditions and proper site security.
- Nouka Interior is not liable for:
- Accidents due to unsafe site conditions
- Issues caused by third-party vendors working on-site
- Post-completion damage due to misuse or improper maintenance
- If hazardous conditions arise, we reserve the right to pause or discontinue work until safety concerns are addressed.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- All client information is confidential and used solely for project purposes.
- We do not share personal data with third-party vendors without client consent.
- Photos and videos of completed projects may be used for promotional purposes, unless the client requests privacy in writing.
9. Post-Completion Care & Maintenance Guidelines
- Luxury interiors require proper maintenance to preserve their elegance and durability.
- We recommend:
- Using mild cleaning products on designer walls, panels, and furniture
- Avoiding excessive moisture exposure to delicate materials
- Handling decorative elements with care to prevent damage
- Maintenance and post-installation support are not included unless specified in the contract.
10. Dispute Resolution & Terms of Agreement
- Any disputes arising from design execution or service agreements will be handled professionally.
- If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, legal matters will be handled under applicable jurisdictional laws.
